Below are some questions that all the customers will be concerned about: (“We” in the questions stands for customers and that “we” in answers stands for our company)

How much is the minimum order?
We don’t have any restriction for customer’s order, no matter it’s small or large, we all accept. But the price of small order will be higher than price of large one, this is not because of our profit, it’s because of the sales cost.

How can we trust your quality?
We’d like to send samples to our customer before the order if you need, in this case you can know our quality. The quality of mass production will be the same as sample, if there is difference, we’ll give 100% compensation.

If we are not satisfied with your quality when we receive the shipment, how will we do?
As long as our customer is not satisfied with our quality and give us the reason, we’ll give customer 100% compensation. One solution is to deduct the money of unqualified products from the order, the other solution is to replace with qualified products. Both are ok.

If there are some products are broken during the transportation, how will we do?
No matter the price is CIF or FOB, if there is any breakage during transportation because of our packing problem, we’ll give our customers 100% compensation.

How is custom-made products? How long will the sample take from the time we provide artwork? How about the cost?
We can produce custom-made items according to customer’s requirement, it’s no problem, the artwork can be pictures, drawings or files and so on. From the time that customer provides information to the time we produce one sample, usually we need 3 days. The sample is free if it’s low value, but for postage, we prefer “freight collect”.

What are the box and packing? How do you guarantee the safety of goods?
You can select the box from our website, we can also produce the box as per customer’s requirement. We usually pack the outer carton with wooden sheets, there shouldn’t be any damage to the products during the transportation.

How is the shipping? How long does it take from China to European main ports or USA?
We usually choose the delivery way according to customer’s requirement, by sea or by air. For urgent order, delivery by air is necessary, for usual order, delivery by sea will be suitable. Usually, the time from SHANGHAI to European main ports by sea needs around 28 days, to west USA will need around 24 days. But if delivery by air, 3-4 days would be enough. You can choose the forwarder yourself or we can choose the forwarder for you.

What’s the payment term? How do you quote the price, CIF, CFR OR FOB?
We usually accept T/T payment except very large order, that’s 30% deposit before production and 70% after the shipment. For large order, we prefer L/C. We usually quote FOB SHANGHAI price, but if you need, we can also quote you CIF and CFR prices.
